Responsibilities & Context

Northern Tosrifa Group, a reputed company, manufacturing garments for world class global brands is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Executive/ Senior Executive, HR.

  • Liaise with Operation Head and HODs to align HR services to Factory HR Execute & finalize yearly performance management and analyze the employees performance with previous years.

  • Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll. Prepare different types of payroll reports.

  • Conduct yearly self employee assessment program, conduct interview and finalize the report.

  • Prepare monthly Payroll and Employee Database.

  • Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.

  • Maintain liaison with factory HR & Admin personnel regarding day to day factory issues and coordinate.

  • Execute all kind of staff transition related work as per management discretion.

  • Conduct exit interview of outgoing employee and prepare report for management.

  • Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees performance.

  • Perform with various analysis (competency/skills, gap analysis and TNA) of employees.

  • Prepare reports on HR according to management needs.

  • Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.

  • Establish standard grievance procedure to address and resolve interpersonal conflicts Counsel workers for discipline, absenteeism and unsatisfactory performance

  • Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at plant and evaluate for improvement

  • Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them

  • Any other business assigned by management
