Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• Candidates having PGD-HRM will be given preference.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:
Currently, we are in search of talented, self-motivated and result-oriented candidates for the above mentioned position who are interested to work for achieving the mission & vision of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Assist in the recruitment & selection process.
• Keep updated records of employees such as joining, transfers and resignations.
• Assist in final settlement of employees.
• Maintain Resume-bank and arrange interviews.
• Cooperate at employee training & development sessions.
• Assist in the yearly performance evaluation process, compensation and succession plan.
• Provide administrative support to employees.
