Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Currently, we are in search of talented, self-motivated and result-oriented candidates for the above mentioned position who are interested to work for achieving the mission & vision of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in the recruitment & selection process.
- Keep updated records of employees such as joining, transfers and resignations.
- Assist in final settlement of employees.
- Maintain Resume-bank and arrange interviews.
- Cooperate at employee training & development sessions.
- Assist in the yearly performance evaluation process, compensation and succession plan.
- Provide administrative support to employees.
