Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure Operation Bulletin & re-engineering the bulletin for better productivity in Sewing.
• Measuring accurate line efficiency, Line performance, Changeover effectiveness, Capacity study, Motion Study, Machine breakdown etc.
• Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs & manage their work quality.
• Optimum of utilization of Man, Machine & Method.
• Analyze productivity & improve the system by implementing Kaizen & innovation in the process.
• Prepare monthly manpower projection, requirement & turnover.
• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastages.
• Monitoring production schedule.
• SMV, Efficiency calculation & assigned a target based on factory & SMV.
