Education

BSc/ MSc in Industrial Production Engineer (IPE) from any well reputed university is preferable.

Experience

Additional Requirements

Basic understanding of supply chain, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Familiarity with applying principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Working knowledge of IE tools and statistics and their applications.
Must have good presence and show potential for leadership.
Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure.
Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Support in monitoring the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
Assist in reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Assist in implementing lean manufacturing process.
Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities.
Participate in evaluating precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
Recommend methods for improving the optimization of personnel, material, and utilities.
Follow safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Promote floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Assist in cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastages.
Control, execute and ensure the projected budget of the department as per the company plan.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
