Supervise the layout of equipment and workspace to support operational efficiency.
Support in reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, and orders to understand manufacturing processes.
Assist in lean manufacturing activities to help reduce waste and improve processes.
Supervise daily production and report issues or bottlenecks to reporting officer.
Help in checking the accuracy of production equipment and engineering drawings.
Support in quality control by collecting data and ensuring products meet standards.
Assist in tracking the flow of materials and resources for optimization opportunities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Help with training new staff and identifying basic training needs.
Track material usage and assist in waste reduction efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
