Additional Requirements
At least two (02) years of experience in assembling, configuring, and troubleshooting CPUs, laptops, printers, motherboards, UPS systems, and other computer hardware-related devices.
Responsibilities & Context
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms.
Manage and maintain endpoint protection systems, Active Directory (AD), NAS, file servers, CCTV, NVR, PABX, and IP phones.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Expertise
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
Excellent English Writing and Speaking
