Responsibilities & Context

Position: Executive – IT

Job Description / Responsibility

Installing new computer hardware and software, operating system and Office applications..

Maintain & regular servicing of the operational device of the IT equipment.

Maintain data entry on Marooned MIS Software and report to the management accordingly.

Mange inventory management software, product upload on website,

and apps.

Troubleshooting of software & IT related hardware.

Configure, Administer & Manage Anti-virus software in proper manner.

Conduct MIS user training & manage helpdesk support when required.

Support end user for using existing Software

Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Education Qualification:

Diploma in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics.

Special Preferences: Good competency on Data Entry and Management reporting.
