Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Provide end-user support, assisting employees with IT-related problems and inquiries.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems.
