Responsibilities & Context
-
Provide day to day IT support to all employees in the office & remote employees.
-
Good knowledge & skill on PC (Desktop/Laptop), Printers, Scanners, PABX, Photocopier, Access Control Systems setup & installation.

Practical knowledge on LAN Cabling, Routers and Switches setup, Access Points, Wi-Fi networks etc.
-
Sound knowledge & Practical experience on the CCTV Camera, NVR/DVR system Installation, support and troubleshooting.

Operation of MS Office & Outlook setup, configure & troubleshoot for the users.

Maintenance of company IT systems including Software, Hardware and Networks.

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the problems.Carry out all the responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
