Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.
- Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.
- Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.
- To know the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing Operation.Solid team collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design efficient layouts and execute line balancing for low-SMV garment production.
- Eliminate production inefficiencies and enhance line productivity.
- Lead quick changeover (QCO) planning for short-run production orders.
- Monitor and analyze low-efficiency lines and workers, implementing corrective actions and coaching where needed.
- Track and evaluate operator performance through system data, creating individualized improvement plans.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve worker skills and achieve target KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
- Ensure smooth and controlled production flow, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.
