Additional Requirements

Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including order details, correspondence, and quality reports
Prepare regular reports on order status, production schedules, and inventory levels for management review
Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals
Manage the entire merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment
Coordinate with buyers and production teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time
Monitor order status and update all stakeholders regularly
Liaise with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Ensure clear and effective communication with clients regarding order status, changes, and delivery schedules
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards
Provide guidance and support to junior merchandisers and other team members
Identify potential issues in the production process and develop solutions to prevent delays or quality issues
Take initiative to improve processes and reduce lead times
Stay updated on market trends and buyer preferences to anticipate changes in demand
