Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing new buyer relationships, and exploring diversification opportunities in plastics and apparel-related items. This role requires expertise in creating compelling presentations, generating insightful reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to incrementally increase the company’s market share.
Strategically hunt for new buyers to expand the customer base.
Foster strong relationships with potential buyers to secure nominations and long-term collaborations.
Identify and explore opportunities for diversification in plastics and apparel-related products.
Research and evaluate new market trends to introduce innovative offerings.
Create high-quality, engaging presentations tailored for new buyer development.
Generate detailed and intelligent reports based on management requirements to support decision-making.
Maintain close liaison with the sales team to ensure seamless communication about brands, retailers, and vendors.
Act as a bridge between internal teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
Work on cost structures for new items, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market demands.
Collaborate with the Accounts, Supply Chain Management, and Production teams to finalize pricing strategies.
