Responsibilities & Context
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will work closely with the HoD-Cardiac Surgery under the Business Development & Corporate Affairs department to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to reach and engage our niche audience. This role requires at least a basic understanding of the healthcare market, and the ability to effectively communicate our services to patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
Job Description:·
- Collaborate with the HoD (Cardiac Surgery)to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with departmental goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Coordinate patient outreach initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and health fairs.
- Manage the Cardiac Surgery Department’s online presence, including website content, social media, and online advertising.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze patient demographics and referral patterns to inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, patient inquiries, and referral sources.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the HoD.
