Provide guidance to the factory to understand and follow the system & procedures of individual buyers
Ensure correct and on time sample submission for confirmed order and new development
Communicate with head office regularly and follow-up as per their requirements
Coordinate between factory production, raw material sourcing, planning, material utilization team & other relevant teams for smooth production
Help to ensure correct and on time submission on all developments
Help out with costing and pricing properly
Monitoring sample development activities
Provide order updates and information to relevant team members
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents to ensure timely export documentation and shipment dispatch
Manage LC, PI, and commercial invoicing process for export shipments
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh export regulations and customs requirements
Track and update shipment statuses
