Requirements

Education

• M. Pharm/B. Pharm/Masters/MBA in Supply Chain Management from any reputed institution Experienced Candidates having a proven background in the Supply Chain Department may also apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 30 years

• MS Word, MS Power Point, Excel Proficiency
• Proactive, Smart and positive attitude
• Good communication skill
• Basic pharmaceuticals related knowledge
• Basic knowledge on planning & inventory valuation

• To prepare purchase requisition
• To prepare production plan
• To monitor PO/LC opening materials requisition
• To follow up current and upcoming short material list
• To maintain material requirement calculation as per forecast of new SKU
• To calculate and follow up export & institutional sales order requirement on regular basis
• To generate reports and provide analysis on supply planning metrics, such as stock availability and order fulfillment
• To monitor and analyze inventory levels
• To identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
• To set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory
• To create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain
