Responsibilities & Context
- Working collaboratively with the Stakeholders (Trainers, Management, Team) to develop curriculum and continuous improvement of curriculums.
- Research on curriculum, resources and industry best practices.
- Launching Courses with updated materials following proper guideline.
- Evaluating trainers following proper guideline.
- Communication and negotiation with the teachers.
- Working collaboratively to Build resources (Hand notes, Lecture Materials, Resources, etc)
- Arranging live sessions and webinars to deliver product experience and user acquisition.
- Communication and collaboration with the Product Team, Customer Experience team and management to ensure the best product experience.
