Responsibilities & Context
Good knowledge of sugar process.
Communicate with PM about generating master production schedules.
Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, field operation monitoring etc.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
Should be knowledge on Hygiene, Sanitation, CIP, FIFO, GMP, HACCAP.
Ensure maintain standard material consumption for all production process & reduce wastages.
