Responsibilities & Context
Must be good knowledge about sugar process.
Properly communicate with production manager about generating master production scheduled.
To perform shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring & field operation monitoring etc.
Investigate problems, analysis root cause & define resolution.
Should be knowledge on Hygiene, Sanitation, CIP, FIFO, GMP, HACCAP.
Ensure maintain standard material consumption for all production process & reduce wastage.
Any other work assigned by higher management.
