Responsibilities & Context
- Greet and welcome clients.
- Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained in a presentable condition.
- Handle phone calls incoming/ Outgoing with greetings in a professional way and provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email/WhatsApp.
- Receive, Sort and distribute daily Mail/ Deliveries.
- Receive New Passports & entry the data in CRM6.
- Call passengers and agents for Collecting documents and upload those in CRM7.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Prepare various types of documents as per instruction.
- Any other task assigns by the management
