Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and welcome clients.
  • Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained in a presentable condition.
  • Handle phone calls incoming/ Outgoing with greetings in a professional way and provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email/WhatsApp.
  • Receive, Sort and distribute daily Mail/ Deliveries.
  • Receive New Passports & entry the data in CRM6.
  • Call passengers and agents for Collecting documents and upload those in CRM7.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Prepare various types of documents as per instruction.
  • Any other task assigns by the management
