- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing methods
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in product development and formulation improvement
- Conduct laboratory tests and product trials
- Prepare reports on product testing and research findings
- Coordinate with production and quality departments
- Analyze product performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain laboratory records and samples properly
- Support management in new product development activities
