Additional Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales (preferably in the fashion/clothing sector).
Strong understanding of live selling on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other similar platforms.
Proven experience in content creation and editing for online sales, with an eye for detail in visual and textual content. Proficiency with editing software like Photoshop, Gimp, or similar tools.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Daraz, Pickaboo, AjkerDeal, etc., and social media advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising strategies.

Responsibilities & Context

We are a well-known clothing brand in Bangladesh, looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage, promote, and drive sales of our clothing line on various online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing live sales events, boosting content, and editing product listings to optimize visibility and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Live Sales & Streaming: Host and manage live selling sessions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other e-commerce sites.
Product Promotion & Boosting: Strategically boost product listings and promotions on e-commerce platforms to increase traffic and sales. Promote and sell our collection of dresses on leading online platforms (e.g., Daraz, Amazon, Bikroy.com, Rokomari.com etc.)
Content Creation & Editing: Edit product images, video, descriptions, and promotional content to ensure high-quality, engaging listings across online platforms.
Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers during live sessions and through platform comments, responding to inquiries and increasing conversions. Attend customer calls promptly and professionally, showcasing the benefits of our products/services. Engage with customers through messages, calls, and Whats App, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
Order Fulfillment: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth processing of orders, timely delivery, and quality control.Manage online orders by interacting with customers, confirming orders, and ensuring timely dispatch.
Sales Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data to improve promotional strategies and meet targets. Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
Market Research & Trends: Analyze industry trends, monitor competitors, and adapt to the latest e-commerce strategies to stay ahead in the market.
