Ability to achieve target and cope up with the sales working pressure individually.·
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.·
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.·
Highly motivated and target-driven.·
Building an effective Relationship with the Agent & maintain client Database in proper way.·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·
Capacity to assess the Agent needs, what he actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with higher authority.
