Responsibilities & Context
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in air, sea, and land freight services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer customized logistics solutions.· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure service quality.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
