Consult with clients (office/field) or through telephone to understand their preferences related to the products.
Demonstrates and explains products face-to-face or in the field, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s preferences, and answering the client’s questions directly or through mobile about products.
Willing to take challenges and work in a team and make sincere efforts to maximize current and long-term targets.
Achieve targets as per the company policy and work on them to ensure sustainable growth of company.
Ensure reporting on time at the workplace and maintaining the dress code.
Must be intelligent, well-groomed, and have excellent conversation skills in Bengali;
Should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills at all times;
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
