Responsibilities & Context
- Welcome customers and provide product information.
- Generate and manage customer inquiries and maintain follow-up.
- Conduct product presentations and arrange test rides.
- Covert inquiries into sales to achieve monthly retail targets.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM/reporting records.
- Explain pricing, finance, registration, and delivery process to customers.
- Ensure showroom display and customer waiting area are maintained properly.
- Handle Customer concerns and provide after-sales support coordination.
- Support promotional and BTL Activities.
