Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), EEE, Information Technology, or a business degree (BBA/MBA) with a strong technical background.
- Professional training in supply chain management (e.g., PGD-SCM) is an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 4 years

Responsibilities & Context
- Source IT hardware and software including servers, laptops, network switches, CCTV systems, POS terminals, and specialized AV equipment.
- Verify technical specifications provided by the department head, IT against vendor quotations to ensure exact compatibility.
- Collect quotes and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) to analyze pricing, warranty terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage vendor relationships with local authorized distributors, software partners, and system integrators.
- Coordinate the end-to-end purchasing process from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to tracking delivery timelines.
- Ensure warranty claims are processed efficiently with vendors for any defective or damaged IT assets.
- Input and maintain procurement data accurately in the company ERP system for documentation and auditing.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to process vendor bills, ensure payment clearance, and manage documentation.
