Responsibilities & Context
- Knowledge about RDP, VPS, Internal server, network management, end-user support, and existing software administration.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (IP and subnetting).
- Prepare different kinds of reports and presentations as per business requirements.
- Create and maintain database strongly.
- Knowledge about online and offline purchases of an IT company.
- Any other tasks/assignments requested by Team Leader.
