Requirements

Education

  • BBA or equivalent from any reputed University. MBA or equivalent from a reputed University is preferred.

Experience

    • 3 to 4 years

Additional Requirements

  • Sound Knowledge of computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills, and technically sound.
  • Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.
  • Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for achieving the Company`s sales target set by the Management and preparing periodic statements accordingly.
  • Execute the Sales to achieve the organizational goal.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
  • Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about products and services, and assess requirements to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
  • Display and explain product features with financial benefits to customers at trade exhibitions, events, roadshows, and demonstrations.
  • Analyze competitors` strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment, and prepare counter-strategy reports.
  • Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage.
  • Maintain liaison with other departments for smooth and quality services to the clients.
