Responsibilities & Context
- Manage trade payable functions – from receiving GRN/ Invoice to payment;
- Ensure proper deduction of TAX and VAT at source as applicable;
- Ensure accurate posting of transactions in the system like preparation of vouchers, managing ledgers, doing reconciliation and any other records;
- Deposit TAX and VAT in the Government exchequer on monthly basis, submission of monthly return, issuing certificate to vendors, and related tasks;
- Meet with outside stakeholders as required;
- Liaison with other cross-functional teams to perform the assigned job on time;
- Prepare various management reports from time to time.
