Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for apartment sales, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our projects.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Prepare and finalize sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
