Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Minimum BBS (Hons) / BBA in Accounting or Finance from a reputed College / University.
Preferred Professional Certification: CA (cc); partly qualified.

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

Additional Requirements

Conduct an audit as per the approved checklist and management’s guidance
Verification of all bills, and vouchers to ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions
Capable of finding discrepancies in every dealing and record and having to report to higher management
Ensure internal control system for every financial/ nonfinancial transaction
Planning and allocating competent and adequate skills and schedule with the supervisor
Investigate and determine causes of irregularities & errors
Perform an internal audit on the inventory management system
To check and verify all requisition, PR, PO, delivery Challan, etc.
Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies
Any other task assigned by the Management
