- Must have a minimum of 1-2 year of relevant experience in selling ERP software to hospitals, schools, garments, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated market segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their ERP needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client engagement and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and testing of ERP software modules.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
