Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Rental Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the rental sales process, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for the real estate industry.
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify and pursue new rental sales opportunities through various channels including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their rental needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
Property Management:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of rental properties.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable for showings.
- Coordinate with property owners and maintenance teams to address any issues or repairs.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Prepare and present rental offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve successful agreements.
- Close rental deals efficiently while ensuring all legal and company compliance standards are met.
- Monitor market trends and provide clients with competitive market analysis.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and process rental agreements and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rental properties.
- Utilize digital platforms and traditional methods to increase property visibility.
- Organize and participate in open houses and property exhibitions.
