Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all product categories within the assigned territory.
- Execute sales strategies and action plans in alignment with regional and organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers in potential markets.
- Implement promotional, campaigns and sales programs effectively.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure effective route planning, market coverage, and productivity.
- Support Promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
