- Proficiency in Accounting, VAT, and Tax.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in VAT & Tax.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to take ownership of work and handle pressure effectively.
- An eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare sales invoice with challan and submit to customer.
- Maintain inventory registers as per policy.
- Inventory reconciliation of the operation team with software.
- Maintain Aging Reports for Accounts Receivable.
- Insure correct and complete accounting, including all necessary reports, for MIS/CS/Ledger.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns (Mushak-9.1).
- Familiar with Mushak-6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.10, 9.1.
- Prepare VDS/TDS challan & deposit to Govt. Exchequer.
- Prepare VDS certificate for suppliers and others.
- Documents management related to VAT & Tax matter.
- Knowledge about VAT Form & VAT Register.
- Ensure VAT Challan with every delivery of products/services.
