Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Public Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor/ Master in any discipline with reputed public and private Universities.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)

Responsibilities & Context

We one of the reputed companies in FMCG sector and have a long history in the Industry. Currently we are looking for an Executive/ Sr. Executive- Admin & HR.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, regular attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare the payroll sheet, ensure all the attendance records, arrears and other payments, and authorized deductions are reflected in the payroll; submit and report it to the HR Manager.
  • Ensure a time-to-time update of the legal required documents for various government authorities like NBR, the Environmental Department, the Fire Service, and other related legal enforcement authorities.
  • Ensure of renewal all mandatory regulatory licenses and certificates.
  • Maintain strong relationship with all relevant local govt offices, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies.
  • To do Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, Legal & Corporate affairs.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as necessary.
  • Coordinate the arrangements of meetings, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
