Responsibilities & Context
Sales Planning: Develop and implement careful sales plans to achieve GP targets and expand market share in the freight forwarding industry.
Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and potential business opportunities through effective market research, networking, and relationship building. Also push agent to send leads s it’s a push-pull strategy.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their freight forwarding requirements.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
DSO: Maintain healthy payment flow from customer and maintain a multilevel relationship with customer to complete the process. also keep in touch with our account dept on regular basis.
Achievement of Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by following above all points to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the freight forwarding division.
