Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure a sustainable relationship with existing corporate clients
• Ensure new corporate clients with a view to have Corporate Sign Up Promote facilities to corporate clients
• Coordinate Health Awareness Seminar / Webinar / CSR activities for Corporate Clients on mutually agreed topics with speakers from EHD
• Ensure premium service patient care to all Corporate clients
• Conduct Facility Tour for groups of members from Corporate Houses.
• Participate in Corporate Fairs in different forum Corporate patients’ guidance (Appointment, Scheduling and Communicating) Communicate with Local / International Insurances to ensure GOP/ authorization
• Conduct Health Session/Events (Email, Scheduling Consultant info update etc.) VIP Guidance (Appointment, Communication and Escort)
• Conduct Communication/Meeting to raise the business in next level Monitor Report Handling (Transport Requisition, Provide FIT/UNFIT certificate)
• Monthly Report generation Corporate Card Responsibility (UHID Create and Card print and deliver to corporate)
• Conduct Facility tour Embassy Lesion Participate in Tender
