Responsibilities & Context
- Manage Customer Order Support activities, ensuring timely and error-free processing of orders.
• Perform Category Management functions including coordination with relevant teams for stock, orders, and forecasts.
• Prepare product delivery schedules based on order priority and deadlines in consultation with Sales and Production departments.
• Maintain strong understanding of product details, raw materials, production processes, lead times, and production capacity.
• Provide tentative delivery timelines for upcoming orders based on product availability, production pipeline, and stock status.
• Generate and analyze reports to support planning and operations.
• Use advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Table, IF/IFS, conditional formatting) to prepare and automate regular reports.
• Build and maintain effective coordination with Sales, Production, Distribution, and related departments.
• Manage a high volume of phone communication with clarity, professionalism, and patience.
