Context: ARTNATURE BANGLADESH LIMITED. is located at Lot No. C16, BSEZ, Sonpara, Panchrukhi via Rupganj, Araihazar, Narayanganj-1460, Bangladeash and is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing of hairpieces such as toupees, wigs, wiglets and the like including hair accessories and ornaments, all makes and kinds as well as any all materials including human hair and synthetic hair supplies.

Artnature Bangladesh Limited. is a subsidiary company of Artnature Inc. Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested to join in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company from it’s beginning of operation in Bangladesh.

Location: Bangladesh Special Economic Zone

Job Location:

Corporate Office: Level # 05, House # 52, Road # 11, Block # C, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Factory : C16, BSEZ (Bangladesh Special Economic Zone), Araihazar, Narayanganj.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Align recruitment goals with organizational growth and workforce planning.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end selection processes, including screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Compile formalities related to Employee Joining /Confirmation/Separation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
  • Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Arrange, Manage & Execute of local & overseas training schedule to develop workforce to achieve company goal.
  • Other assigned task by the superior as and when required.
