Responsibilities & Context

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.·

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.·       Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.·

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.·

Conduct background verification before placement of employee.·

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.·

Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.·

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.·       Set manpower planning for corporate office.·

Conduct performance evaluation periodically.

Strategic initiative to reduce drop out percentage.

Database management and personal file management.

Complete day to day HR activities: attendance management, Leave entry, data entry.

Implementation of succession planning.

Set Job description and job specification for each position as per organogram.·

Assist to build a good relationship between employees and team.

Internal or external Coordination with the stake holders.  ·

Cooperation with cross functional team.
