Able to Marketing and Merchandising all the activities involved right from the buyer communication & order receiving till the execution or shipment of the order.
Coming up with marketing merchandising strategies that align with customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
Working closely with operations, merchandising, and customer service teams to help improve trade and customer experience.
Analyzing customer’s reactions and market trends to understand product needs and plan product ranges.
Liaising with buyers, Mill and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
The major role is monitoring an order, first to last. Merchandiser also acts role to maintain accelerate the working execution speed.T
o maintain professional relationship Buyer.
To prepare the order costing and price quoting.
To collect the PO (purchase order) from buyer.
To prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.
To monitor the sample process according to the buyer requirement.To ensure buyer approval, for all type of samples.
To Ensure raw- materials In- House: Merchandiser ensure all raw materials are in -house as per requirements.
To make sure productions follow up.
To get all test reports as per buyer requirement.
To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).
