Responsibilities & Context

Context:

This position will coordinate and oversee various aspects of production, procurement, and distribution processes to meet sales targets and ensure product profitability. This role requires effective communication and follow-up with multiple departments, including production, import, procurement, development, and engineering, to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up on production progress in alignment with sales targets.
Ensure urgent items are prioritized in production to meet deadlines.
Plan monthly procurement schedules for foreign materials based on production requirements.
Coordinate with the import section to ensure timely delivery of imported materials.
Work closely with the purchasing department to facilitate local purchases, ensuring timely acquisition of materials.
Review pricing and delivery schedules for local purchases to maintain cost-effectiveness and meet production timelines.
Assist in planning and executing new product development initiatives.
Collaborate with the Development and Engineering departments to ensure seamless implementation of new projects.
Maintain strong communication channels with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on operational goals.
Ensure effective collaboration with the Development and Engineering teams for smooth project handovers and troubleshooting.
Monitor and ensure profitability targets are met for assigned product groups.
Evaluate cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and delivery.
