Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years

    Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Hotel, Airline, Travel Agent, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Transportation, Supply Chain

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems (SaleEx or similar).
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Perform a minimum of five sales calls per day to both new and existing clients.
  • Visit existing customers regularly to retain business and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Engage with inactive customers to regain their business and renew contracts.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through regular visits and business development activities.
  • Offer competitive rates to new prospects and assist in closing new business.
  • Negotiate rates with both new and existing clients to secure business contracts.
  • Prepare account profiles to ensure detailed and accurate customer records are maintained.
  • Update clients on service developments to ensure they are aware of new offerings and improvements.
  • Increase partial business and upsell additional services to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain business growth by fostering long-term relationships and consistently expanding the customer base.
  • Address service failures by meeting with clients and resolving issues promptly to maintain business relationships.
  • Resolve long-pending issues with customers by coordinating with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service issues are resolved and customer expectations are met.
  • Update client visit outcomes and sales activities in the CRM system (SaleEx).
  • Enter new customer information into the SaleEx system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare recommendations for rate approvals based on client negotiations and business needs.
