Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for achieving sales target as per plan by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Responsible for collection against the sales within the time frame approved by the management
- Responsible for collecting AIT from customers as per scheduled time
- Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes and recommend products based on customer needs
- Proper follow up with customer till execution of order including realizing of payment
- Ensure sales growth by creating new customers and market
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team
- Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Maintain and update client database and profile regularly
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products, information, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales team members and other departments
