Education

Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Requirements

03+ years of experience in textile production, inventory management, or knitting software implementation.
Certifications in ERP, data analytics, or production management are a plus.

ERP & Inventory Management Systems:

Working knowledge of Oracle, or other textile ERP solutions.
Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) for yarn and fabric inventory.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Ability to analyze production efficiency, wastage, and cost optimization using Excel or SQL.

Soft Skills & Experience

Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting issues in yarn inventory, machine defects, or software integration.
Communication & Training: Experience in training factory staff on new software or inventory systems.

PRIMARY ROLE:

Knitting Yarn & Fabric Inventory Management:

Understanding different types of yarn, their composition, and how they affect the knitting process.
Experience in tracking and managing fabric inventory, including raw materials and finished goods.
Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO, Just-in-Time).

Knitting-Based Software Implementation:

Experience in ERP or MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) for textile industries.
Ability to integrate software with production workflows

SECONDARY ROLE:

Production Process:

Basic Hands-on experience in knitting production, including machine operations and process optimization.
Basic Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
Basic Understanding of fabric defects.
