Responsibilities & Context
We seek an experienced individual with a deep understanding of Galileo and Severe reservation systems. This role involves managing flight bookings, ticketing, and supporting customer inquiries to ensure an excellent booking experience.
Travel Agent Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, and travel packages.

Provide information on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings
-
Keep up to date with airline policies, promotions, and travel trends
-
Maintain and update customer records in the booking system.

Airline Ticketing Agent Responsibilities:
-
Process ticket bookings for passengers via phone, in-person, or online.
-
Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets as necessary.
-
Handle changes to itineraries and assist with cancellations.
-
Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
-
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, baggage) to resolve issues.

Customer Service Representative (Travel) Responsibilities:
-
Respond to customer inquiries about flight bookings and travel arrangements.

Assist customers with the check-in process and provide boarding information.
-
Handle complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, loyalty programs, and travel packages.

Reservation Specialist Responsibilities:

Manage flight reservations and ensure accurate data entry in booking systems.
