Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

US-Bangla Airlines, the largest privately owned airline in Bangladesh is seeking vibrant, ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join its various sister concerns Supply Chain Management Team.


  • Procure various local items like- Chemicals, IT goods and accessories, Servers, Toner & Ribbons, Networking items and accessories, CCTV cameras and accessories, Tools and equipment, Office Machines, IP Phone, Mobile Phone, Repair and maintenance items for Computer, Tab, Printer & RT sets and others electronics items.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Manage the procurement process, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO, JIT, and safety stock calculations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Skills & Expertise

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Should have capability to work under pressure
