Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical candidates for executive and senior-level positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening thorough screening CVs, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and deliver a seamless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
- Promote the company’s brand and culture through various channels to attract top technical talent.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
