  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on executive and senior-level positions within the software industry.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruiting platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical candidates for executive and senior-level positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screening thorough screening CVs, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and deliver a seamless recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Promote the company’s brand and culture through various channels to attract top technical talent.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
