Conversant in organizing and conducting various training program
roven skills for conducting TNA, developing training module, facilitating training session and evaluating the training program.
Possess good appearance and sound health,
Energetic and creative in nature
Nice interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
Able to work in diversified and stressful situation

Assist and support in identifying training needs and organizing induction program for the new employees.
Prepare Participants list, Program schedule and ensure presence of the participants in training/induction program accordingly.
Assist in modifying and updating module and training materials based on the Participants feedback.
Provide required logistic support, handout for conducting training, induction and workshop.
Facilitate training session independently after necessary briefing.
Maintain and update necessary files, documents, reports etc.
Communicate with Factory Training Team (FTT) and provide active cooperation for implementation of monthly training plan for workers.
Arrange and conduct Training of Trainer (TOT) for FTT members as and when require.
Produce/assist in preparing different training report, progress report and evaluation report for the department.
Provide secretarial support to Head of T&OD to make sure that the departmental activities and documentation are well organized.
